The Reagan Safety

At Reagan, we’re serious about safety. To ensure that we remain focused on safety, we employ full-time safety management and training. We believe that training is one of the keys in keeping safety top of mind. That’s why our Safety Department conducts formal classroom as well as computer-based training for all employees including managers. We apply both Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) and skill-level training to help our team at each facility or in the field to build on past successes and produce future innovations. We also place great emphasis on background checks, safety stand-downs, stop work authority and random job-site audits.

While every manager holds safety as a core value, we realize that it’s all of our employees, working as a team, that are ultimately responsible for carrying it through. We empower every employee by offering continual education through our Reagan Safety Web site and encouraging them to use our job safety analysis forms (JSA) when job sites can be improved.

We are continually grateful to our employees for their dedication toward owning this process and helping us maintain a low TRIR. To reinforce our company culture and to remain safety-minded, we offer incentives and employee recognition programs like “Shining Star,” in which peers, supervisors and even customers can acknowledge an employee’s contribution to safety and a job well done.

But Reagan’s commitment to safety doesn’t end with just our projects. We also make ourselves available to consult with customers and share what we’ve learned. In fact, our online safety resources at ReaganSafety.com carry upto- date information on current issues that anyone can access. In addition, we’re involved in our community to promote safety. Recently, we donated Waukesha equipment to Delgado, Louisiana’s oldest and largest community college, to help future craftsmen learn a trade where safety is emphasized.

The Reagan Advantage is more than someone who can offer turnkey solutions to your equipment and installation needs. It’s having a partner who’s equally committed to getting the job done right as well as safely. At Reagan, we believe in “The Power of Yes.”
